Work interests

I am currently responsible for maintaining this Web server, and am very interested in developments in the Internet, both the technology and the social aspects. I am also currently on a working group looking into migrating the University network from Netware 3.1x to Netware 4.1.

Work skills

Having worked at Manchester Metropolitan University in this kind of role for three years, I have fairly extensive skills in a number of areas, particularly with regard to administration of Netware 3.1x networks. I am a proficient programmer in a number of languages and database systems, and am hoping to study for a CNE qualification.
